Ukrainian Relief Aid

PROJECT STATS

  • 700

    Families Supported

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Poland has seen over 3,000,000 refugees stream into their country to escape the war with Russia, carrying virtually nothing with them. As a result, the Polish people have graciously opened their homes to provide temporary housing, food, and clothing for these refugees.

Our former CEO and President, Bob Aylward, was invited by the Executive Director of Ananias House, a Houston-based non-governmental organization (NGO), to travel to Poland and experience firsthand the Ukrainian refugee crisis. Bob worked collaboratively with the Polish church pastors to identify areas that could benefit most from Quiddity’s support through the foundation.

SERVICE DETAILS

In total, the Quiddity Foundation and Ananias House were able to raise $89,200, which provided support to over 700 families, including:

  • 4-week language classes for over 120 people
  • 6-month rent stipend for 40 families
  • 4 months’ worth of food staples for over 150 families
  • Supplies to aid housing repair for 40 families
  • US-led Bible camp for 80 teens in Poznan and Poland
  • Translation of children’s Bible literature
